What is the difference between Care and Care+?
Care focuses entirely on the main image, the single highest-impact element on your listing, and tests it every cycle to lift CTR. Care+ covers the full path from click to checkout: hero, catalog, infographics, A+, Brand Story, video, and copy. Multiple elements get tested in parallel each cycle, lifting both CTR and CVR.
Which one should I start with?
If your traffic is healthy but your hero feels stale or competitors have caught up, start with Care. If your clicks are fine but your conversion rate is dragging, or your full PDP hasn't been touched in over a year, start with Care+. Most brands doing $50,000+ a month on a flagship SKU get faster compounding from Care+.
Can I upgrade from Care to Care+ later?
Yes, with two windows. The first is at the 3-month mark, but only if CTR is already trending up. Early signal means the foundation is working and we can confidently expand scope. If month 3 doesn't show that lift, we stay the course and finish the 6-month cycle. After month 6, you can upgrade regardless of mid-cycle performance, the cycle has run its full course and the data is conclusive.
How long until I see results in the numbers?
Month 3 is groundwork. By then we have a tested hypothesis, a validated concept, and the first round of live data, but the numbers are still forming. Month 6 is the first point where positive results are expected to show clearly in CTR and CVR, because Amazon Experiments needs traffic and time to call winners with confidence.
