Which one should I start with?

If your clicks are fine but your conversion rate is dragging, or your full PDP hasn't been touched in over a year, start with Care+. Can I upgrade from Care to Care+ later?

Yes, with two windows. The first is at the 3-month mark, but only if CTR is already trending up. Early signal means the foundation is working and we can confidently expand scope.
