JUGRFIT, Framer Website & Shopify Integration

How We Connected a Cold Plunge Brand’s Website, Shopping Experience, and Customer Support

Storefront

Before Pinestel

JUGRFIT’s website didn’t reflect the brand behind the products. The design felt bland, the visual direction strayed from the original branding, and the overall presentation lacked the character expected from a premium cold plunge brand.

The products had a clear identity. The website needed to catch up.

The Challenge

A cold plunge is a considered purchase. Customers need to understand the equipment, choose a setup, and know what happens after it arrives. For JUGRFIT, that meant bringing tubs, chillers, bundles, accessories, and support into a website that made the whole system easier to navigate.

There was a technical challenge behind the experience, too. The storefront ran in Framer, while Shopify handled commerce through Frameship. Product offers, cart behavior, and links between the two platforms needed attention. The website had to carry the brand’s presentation through to the practical details of buying.

Wondering how your own catalog would hold up to this kind of audit?

What We Did

A Clearer Path Through the Range

We organized the shopping experience around complete bundles and individual tubs and chillers, with accessories alongside the main products. Customers could start with a full setup or explore the components separately. The homepage introduces the recovery experience, presents the core offers, and brings customer reviews into the journey.

A Focused Visual Presentation

Large product imagery, bold condensed headings, restrained colors, and generous white space give the equipment room to stand out. Lifestyle sections connect the products to everyday use, while consistent product cards keep the catalog easy to scan.

Product Pages That Answer Buying Questions

We brought product information and purchase reassurance together: specifications, dimensions, setup and maintenance details, shipping, returns, and warranty information. Related accessories sit close to the purchase area. Chiller and bundle pages also explain the optional extended warranty, directing customers to select it in the cart.

Framer and Shopify Integration Work

We worked through the details of connecting the storefront to commerce, including discount labels, cart pricing, warranty recommendations, and return-to-store navigation. These required attention to how Frameship displayed Shopify data and handled cart updates. Later support also covered affiliate-link behavior and attribution across the two platforms.

Support Beyond the Sale

The site gives customers a dedicated place for FAQs, setup videos, the chiller manual, troubleshooting, and support inquiries. General contact and product support have separate routes, helping visitors find the right next step before and after purchase.

Page-Level SEO Content

We audited the site’s page descriptions, supplied missing copy, and identified generic policy titles and a duplicated product slug. This extended the work across the catalog, support pages, and policies, beyond the main landing page.

"Communication is key and they were with me every step of the way to make sure all details were addressed. The first draft exceeded my expectations which made the revision process easy. Pinestel took the time to understand the market and produce a beautiful finished product. The new website is on an elite level and I couldn’t be happier."

The Result

JUGRFIT launched with a storefront that brings its product range, purchase information, and customer support together. Visitors can explore complete systems, review individual components, find accessories, and access practical help within the same brand experience.

The project combined website design with the integration work behind a Framer storefront connected to Shopify. The delivered site supports both sides of the customer journey: choosing a cold plunge setup and finding help once it arrives.
